Duties

• Negotiate policy terms with clients to find mutually beneficial solutions that align with their financial goals
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through marketing efforts, customer referrals, and networking
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, guiding clients through the application process, and assisting with policy administration
• Collaborate with the sales team to analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and refine sales strategies
• Manage sales documentation, benefits administration records, and compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA

Requirements

• Experience in sales, retail, customer service, telemarketing, or a related field preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and people skills with the ability to build relationships and connect with customers
• Comfortable discussing options, answering questions, and helping clients find solutions that fit their needs
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Interest in sales, marketing, outreach, and customer engagement
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to building trust and providing excellent service
• Familiarity with insurance sales or sales tools is helpful, but training can be provided
