About Integrative Performance
Integrative Performance is a private training studio welcoming all levels and goals. Our modern studio features top of the line equipment, cutting edge tech (body composition, VO2 max, metabolic), and a holistic team of experienced trainers, nutritionists, an in house PT and functional health coach. We balance the professionalism of a clinic with the welcoming, down to earth feel of your local boutique coffee shop where everyone knows you by name.

Requirements
- 3 + years of full time training experience
- Weekend availability (at least one day)
- Active, nationally accredited personal training certification (NSCA-CSCS, NSCA-CPT, ACSM-EP, NASM-CPT, or similar)
- Active First Aid, CPR, AED certification
- An exercise science approach to assessment, program design, progressions, regressions, and modifications
- Experience working with all ages and goals with a track record of results
- Experience with common aches, pains, injuries and medical conditions (low back pain, meniscus, labrum, etc.)
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and professional skills
- Self awareness, awareness of others, and an ability to work in a dynamic environment
- A positive attitude
Preferences
- 5 + years of full time training experience
- Bachelor’s or above in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
- Physical Therapy and/or clinical experience
- Experience with serious and/or complex medical clients (EDS, auto-immune conditions, disk degeneration, fusions, etc.)
- Experience with athletic training (proprioception, power, periodization, on/off cycles, reaction time, etc.)
- Nutrition certification
- Experience administering body composition, RMR, VO2 tests
- Active and engaging social media presence
Job description & Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional customer experience including effective training, engagement, and support
- Design and coach individualized programs that appropriately challenge clients and progress them towards their goals
- Be results oriented, providing appropriate challenges, progressions, and accountability both inside and outside the studio. Results do not mean just numbers, they can be moving pain free, behavior / habit formation, etc.
- Treat the role as a professional, managing client experiences by being responsive, providing welcome and follow up communications periodically, and provide an overall outstanding experience.
- Participate in continuing education and internal development to uphold Integrative Performance standards
