Walk-in Interviews For Technician/Operator - Injectable Manufacturing

Role &

responsibilities: -

• Aseptic Filling &
• Machine Operation: Operate and troubleshoot sophisticated parenteral machinery, including Vial Filling, Ampoule Filling, and PFS (Pre-filled Syringe) lines.
• Critical Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the operation and cleaning (CIP/SIP) of Autoclaves, Depyrogenation Tunnels, Sealing machines, and Lyophilizers (freeze-dryers).
• Aseptic Mastery: Maintain Grade A/B cleanroom standards through strict adherence to gowning protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure product sterility.
• Documentation &
• Compliance: Manage Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and BPR with 100% accuracy, ensuring full compliance with Data Integrity (ALCOA+) and cGMP standards.
• Quality &
• Inspection: Conduct in-process quality checks such as fill weight verification, visual inspection for defects (leakers/particles), and environmental monitoring.
• Line Clearance &
• Troubleshooting: Perform meticulous line clearance and machine changeovers between batches to prevent cross-contamination.

Preferred candidate profile: -

• Total Experience: - 3 to 12 Years
• Educational Qualification: - Diploma / ITI
