We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and fully bilingual insurance professional to join our team and play a key role in our continued growth.

Position Summary

We are looking for a Senior Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent with 3-5 years of insurance sales experience who is passionate about helping clients protect what matters most. The ideal candidate is a strong closer, relationship builder, and team player who is fluent in both English and Spanish.

This position requires in-office attendance Monday through Friday during training and probation. Following successful completion of the probationary period and a satisfactory performance evaluation, the position may transition to a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales activities
• Quote, sell, and service Personal Lines insurance products, including Auto, Home, Renters, and Umbrella policies
• Cross-sell and identify opportunities to expand client coverage
• Follow up on internet leads, referrals, and agency-generated opportunities
• Review policies and provide coverage recommendations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and coverage questions
• Maintain accurate client records within agency management systems
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention goals
• Collaborate with team members to provide an outstanding client experience

QualificationsRequired:

• Active Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License
• 3-5 years of insurance sales experience
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience quoting and servicing Personal Lines insurance
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with CRM and agency management systems

Preferred

• Experience working in an independent insurance agency
• Experience with EZLynx or similar agency management platforms
• Multi-state licensing
• Existing book of business or referral network
