We are looking for a Product Operations Intern to join us at our San Francisco HQ. This role will empower you to implement growth hacking strategies, analyze data, and own projects that will have a huge impact on the products that are used every day by our partners and pros. What You’ll Do: <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Work across product, engineering, and marketing to ideate and prioritize growth experiments.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Work directly with the Executive team to scale new secret initiatives.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth across the business.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Help blue collar workers earn money and lead better lives through Instawork.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Live and breathe the latest AI tools and technologies, you know what “vibe coding” means.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Work across our tech stack and adapt to new technologies, leading with an “Always Be Learning” attitude.</li> </ul> Who You Are: <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, or related technical or analytical field.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proficient in SQL (must have) and Python (nice to have).</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Not sure of what you want to do after school, but wish you could do a bit of everything.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Excited about startups.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Most of all - be hungry and have a "do what it takes" attitude.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience in sales or marketing is a plus.</li> </ul> For CA based applicants: <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">The pay range for this position is $30 - $44 hourly.</li> </ul> A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation, including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location.
