As a Digital Marketing Executive at Instance IT Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our clients' online visibility and engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team to create tailored content, optimize social media presence, and manage advertising campaigns across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Social Media Mastery:
- Demonstrate expertise in social media platforms and algorithms.
- Develop and execute tailored content strategies to drive organic growth and engagement.
- #Tag Analysis and Optimization:
- Conduct hashtag analysis to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Utilize strategic tagging to maximize reach and impact.
- Content Planning and Curation:
- Develop content plans aligned with current trends and client objectives.
- Curate and generate engaging content ideas that resonate with target audiences.
- Competition & Strategy:
- Analyze competitors' digital marketing efforts and formulate strategic responses.
- Develop strategies to surpass competitors and achieve superior organic engagement.
- Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager:
- Demonstrate deep understanding of the Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
- Manage targeted campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads, ensuring strategic planning and measurable results.
- Funnel Creation & Scaling:
- Develop scalable and profitable marketing funnels.
- Optimize funnels based on performance metrics to achieve desired outcomes.
- Analytical Insight:
- Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate data and extract actionable insights.
- Continuously enhance performance through data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven success in social media management.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
