Business Support Analyst
This is a 12-month contract role, with the potential to extend. As a Business Support Specialist, you will analyze and research system, account, and loan issues, resolving discrepancies and communicating outcomes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze system issues: Research and resolve discrepancies in systems data.
- Communicate outcomes: Share findings with stakeholders to ensure understanding of solutions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify errors, recommend corrective actions, and support process improvements across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- User Acceptance Test Planning: Develop test plans for new products or automated systems
- Error Identification & Correction: Identify errors in software or processes and recommend corrections
