Sports Area Administrator - Grassroot Centers

About the Program: The Odisha IIS JSW Swimming Program is a Public-Private Partnership between JSW Group and the Department of Sports and Youth Services, Government of Odisha. Our mission is to develop and promote swimming in Odisha.

We are seeking experienced Administrators to manage our grassroots swimming centers across Odisha. As an Area Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centers, ensuring excellent service delivery, and promoting the program in your designated area.

Plan and execute talent identification drives

• Liaison and Marketing:
• Build relationships with District Sports Officers, district administration, and school

Principals and Physical Education Teachers (PETs)

• Reporting and Data Management:
• Collect and record data on swimmer and coach progression
• Promotion and Marketing:
• Develop and implement local marketing strategies to promote the swimming program
• Collaborate with local influencers, schools, and community groups to increase visibility
• Conduct outreach visits to schools, parks, gyms, community centers, and local venues to

Regularly travel to visit pools in designated districts

Bachelor's degree in B. Tech, MBA, or Sports Management

• Proficiency in MS Office and computer applications
• Ability to speak English, Hindi, and Odia
