Role Description

This is an on-site role located in Faridabad for a Lead Generation Specialist. The role involves identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients to create sales opportunities for the organization. Responsibilities include researching target markets, initiating communication with prospects, managing CRM systems to track leads, and collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for productive lead generation. The specialist will actively participate in executing email campaigns, making follow-up calls, and establishing strong relationships to nurture potential leads.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lead Prospecting, Market Research, and Business Development to identify prospective clients
• Strong Communication, Networking, and Negotiation skills to engage and establish relationships with stakeholders
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Database Management, and Email Campaign Tools
• Strategic Planning and Analytical skills for designing and optimizing lead generation strategies
• Self-driven, motivated, and capable of meeting targets in a collaborative team environment
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field preferred

Experience - 2-3 years in the Insurance domain
