VT Data Administrator

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-Time, Contract. This position runs from mid-April until the end of August

2026

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized VT Administrator to support our team by

maintaining accurate sales records and ensuring system alignment! This remote role will run

from April through September, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.

This role is responsible for updating sales statuses and cross-checking information between

multiple systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

The ideal candidate thrives in a structured environment, has strong attention to detail, and is

comfortable working with databases and internal software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain accurate sales statuses in the sales system
• Cross-check and reconcile sales data between multiple internal systems
• Identify discrepancies and investigate inconsistencies
• Communicate with sales and operations teams to clarify missing or incorrect

information

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across platforms
• Generate reports as requested by management
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive sales and customer information
• Meet daily and weekly processing targets

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software

programs.

• Previous administrative or data entry experience preferred
• Experience working with CRM or sales management systems is an asset
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
