Job Description
Role Overview :
Hands-on role responsible for electrical design, automation, customer coordination, and commissioning of industrial cleaning machines and electroplating lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical design: schematics, panel layouts, load calculations, BOM finalization
- Customer discussions to finalize BOM, scope, and technical specifications
- DAP discussions with customers and internal teams
- PLC & HMI coordination; ability to interact effectively with PLC/automation engineers
- Panel building supervision and machine integration
- Site installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Cycle optimization, trials, and customer handover
- Breakdown support and root cause analysis
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and automation
- Basic PLC programming knowledge (Siemens/Delta/Mitsubishi preferred)
- Ability to coordinate and communicate with automation teams
- Experience in pumps, heaters, sensors, and process systems
- Hands-on troubleshooting and site handling capability
- AutoCAD Electrical / EPLAN knowledge preferred
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
