Inside Sales Support Representative
Los Angeles, California
We are looking for a zealous Inside Sales Support Representative with knowledge of the lighting industry who is interested in building a long-term career with strong opportunities for growth and advancement.
This role acts as a liaison between our Outside Sales Managers, sales team, clients, and internal departments, providing product information, assisting with order coordination, and resolving issues that may arise during the sales process. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting a fast-paced sales environment. This is a fully in-person position based at our Los Angeles headquarters.
Core Responsibilities
- Support Outside Sales Managers and sales teams with daily sales activities
- Prepare and follow up on product quotations for agents, distributors, and customers
- Build and maintain professional relationships with sales agents and key partners
- Coordinate sample requests and assist with product inquiries
- Track sales opportunities and move quotes toward order completion
- Respond to leads and coordinate with distribution teams
- Provide updates on sales activity while ensuring a high level of customer service
Experience & Requirements
- Proven sales support experience in the lighting industry
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused with a proactive and professional approach
- Track record of supporting sales performance and targets
