The Role

We’re looking for a Senior / Lead UX/UI Web & Mobile Designer to join our existing design team and play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual direction of Innovorg’s workforce optimization platform. This role combines hands‑on design execution with ownership of UX/UI strategy, design systems, and overall product experience.

You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and AI teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and visually consistent experiences across web and mobile.

What You’ll Do

Contribute to and help lead end‑to‑end UX/UI design across web, mobile, and desktop

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs using modern design workflows

Evolve and maintain the platform design system for consistency and scalability

Design adaptive and mobile‑first experiences across devices and screen sizes

Partner with developers to refine interactions, responsiveness, and usability

Support corporate website UX/UI improvements and digital presence

Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers in sprint cycles

Advocate for user‑centered design, accessibility, and design quality standards

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of UX/UI design experience for web and mobile SaaS platforms

Strong expertise in user‑centered design, interaction design, responsive and adaptive UI

Advanced proficiency with Figma, design systems, and component libraries

Experience designing for iOS and Android platforms

Hands‑on experience using AI‑powered and generative AI tools for design workflows

Ability to design experiences for AI‑enabled and adaptive features

Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross‑functional teams

High attention to detail, quality, and usability

Portfolio demonstrating impactful UX/UI work and measurable outcomes
