Pharmaceutical Sales Representative - Key Responsibilities:

As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Building positive relationships with customers, focusing on large accounts and identifying key decision-makers.
  • Using creative strategies to develop and expand your customer base.
  • Creating a territory plan that includes goals and effective resource allocation (coverage, sampling, grant proposals, etc. for key customers).
  • Gaining formulary acceptance/compliance with managed care accounts.

  • Partnering with customers proactively by understanding long-term trends to craft tailored business plans.
  • Utilizing consultative skills to assist customers with their business needs.

Pharmaceutical Sales Representative - Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Some sales experience or demonstrated abilities.
  • Consultative selling experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely and utilize ZOOM software effectively.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Capability to target health professionals to maximize sales growth and increase product volume.
  • Possess effective selling skills and product knowledge to influence healthcare professionals to prescribe promoted products.
  • Execute strategies to maximize the use of selling resources.
  • Develop pre-call plans focusing on healthcare professionals' needs.
  • Leverage data and customer insights to foster discussions around healthcare professionals and patient needs.
