Job Description
The Opportunity
This is a DevOps tech leadership role with end-to-end ownership of the platform that underpins the companyโs global product and data systems. Responsibilities include infrastructure strategy, container orchestration, CI/CD governance, cloud cost optimization, and embedding security and compliance practices across engineering. You would lead a team of specialists and collaborate closely with product, data, and architecture leadership.
Ideal Profile
12+ years in engineering, with 4+ years leading platform, DevOps, or infrastructure teams at scale ยท Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code ยท Strong background in observability (Grafana, Prometheus, or equivalent) ยท Experience operating within ISO 27001 and SOC2 compliance environments ยท Track record of building and mentoring high-performing infrastructure teams
