Job Description

Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Front Desk & Communication: Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling incoming/outgoing mail and parcels.
  • Office Operations & Supplies: Ordering, stocking, and managing inventory for office supplies and equipment.
  • Facilities Management: Ensuring office cleanliness, coordinating repairs, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Documentation & Record Keeping: Creating, updating, and managing digital and physical files, databases, reports, and memos.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Managing conference rooms, booking travel arrangements, and organizing meetings or company events.
  • Administrative Support: Supporting HR with onboarding, updating staff records, and assisting finance with expense tracking or invoicing.

Key Skills for Success

  • Proficiency in Technology: Expert in MS Office (Word, Excel) or Google Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
