Job Description
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Communication: Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling incoming/outgoing mail and parcels.
- Office Operations & Supplies: Ordering, stocking, and managing inventory for office supplies and equipment.
- Facilities Management: Ensuring office cleanliness, coordinating repairs, and managing vendor relationships.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Creating, updating, and managing digital and physical files, databases, reports, and memos.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Managing conference rooms, booking travel arrangements, and organizing meetings or company events.
- Administrative Support: Supporting HR with onboarding, updating staff records, and assisting finance with expense tracking or invoicing.

Key Skills for Success
- Proficiency in Technology: Expert in MS Office (Word, Excel) or Google Suite.
