Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Director, based in Livingston, NJ. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including billing, claims management, and payment reconciliation. The Director will establish strategic plans to enhance revenue operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the Director will analyze revenue cycle performance, identify areas needing optimization, and implement innovative strategies to maximize efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications
