Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Director, based in Livingston, NJ. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including billing, claims management, and payment reconciliation. The Director will establish strategic plans to enhance revenue operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the Director will analyze revenue cycle performance, identify areas needing optimization, and implement innovative strategies to maximize efficiency and accuracy. This role also includes managing and mentoring team members to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of revenue cycle management operations, including billing, claims management, and payment processes
• Experience with data analysis tools and metrics to assess and improve financial performance
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and payer-provider relationships
• Effective leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop staff
• Proficiency in workflow optimization, process improvement strategies, and change management
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related fields (Master's degree preferred)
• Experience with AI-driven healthcare solutions and analytics tools is a plus
