Technical Recruiter ( Domestic Hiring ) 1-3 Yrs Exp.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Domestic Recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruitment across India. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various non-IT and/or IT roles while coordinating with hiring managers and ensuring timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for domestic hiring
• Understand job requirements from hiring managers
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
• Follow up with candidates for feedback and offer acceptance
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
• Ensure closure of positions within defined TAT
• Build and maintain candidate pipeline for future needs
• Negotiate salary and manage offer rollout

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of domestic recruitment processes
• Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing techniques
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and hiring metrics
• Negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA HR preferred)
• Experience in consultancy/staffing firm is an advantage
