Job Summary
We are looking for a Domestic Recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruitment across India. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various non-IT and/or IT roles while coordinating with hiring managers and ensuring timely closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for domestic hiring
- Understand job requirements from hiring managers
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
- Follow up with candidates for feedback and offer acceptance
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
- Ensure closure of positions within defined TAT
- Build and maintain candidate pipeline for future needs
- Negotiate salary and manage offer rollout
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of domestic recruitment processes
- Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing techniques
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and hiring metrics
- Negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA HR preferred)
- Experience in consultancy/staffing firm is an advantage
