Strong experience in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, VPC)
Hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot applications support
Production support & incident management (L2/L3 support)
Monitoring & logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK, Splunk)
Troubleshooting performance issues and root cause analysis
Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle)
Database knowledge (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL)
Linux/Unix command line expertise
Ticketing tools (JIRA, ServiceNow)
Basic scripting (Shell/Python)
Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes (good to have)
