Operators - Upper Lillooet Site - 8/6 - Camp - Up to $102k/yr - Pemberton, BC

Innergex Renewable Energy Inc. is seeking Operators for their Upper Lillooet hydroelectric site in Pemberton, BC. Operators will ensure the safe and efficient operation of hydroelectric power generation systems, participate in preventative maintenance, and support both plant and camp operations. This role is ideal for hands-on, self-starting individuals with technical experience and a passion for renewable energy.

What You’ll Need

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Red Seal Millwright or similar training
• BC driver’s license in good standing
• Experience with 4-wheel drives and snowmobiles
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, pneumatic and hydraulic drawings
• Experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic control systems (asset)
• Availability for 24-hour on-call duty when scheduled
• Comfortable with remote camp living and variable work schedules
• Commitment to further education and training

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Journeyman industrial Millwright experience
• Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s licence
• Level 3 crane operator certification
• Experience in instrumentation
• Experience with hydro plant operations
• Experience with welding and fabrication
