About the Opportunity

Inner Circle Agency is working with very well-known, established companies in the Solana / Web3 ecosystem to hire an experienced Product Designer (UI / UX) . This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and brand, with a strong focus on building intuitive user experiences for complex, data-heavy platforms.

You will be designing products used by highly engaged, technically savvy users, where clarity, speed, and usability matter just as much as visual quality.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on design role for someone who is equally comfortable with user experience, interface design, and product thinking . You will own design flows end-to-end, from early concepts and wireframes through to polished, production-ready interfaces.

The team moves quickly and values designers who can iterate fast, think in systems, and collaborate closely with engineers and product leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive, responsive user interfaces for web-based products

Translate product requirements and user research into clear UX flows and wireframes

Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma

Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ship features efficiently

Create visual assets for product, marketing, and social channels when needed

Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and evolving product needs

Qualifications

Required

5+ years of experience in UI / UX or product design

Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work

Advanced proficiency with Figma, including components, prototyping, and design systems

Experience designing complex or data-rich interfaces

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles

Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments

Preferred

Experience designing trading platforms, financial tools, or analytics products

Familiarity with Web3, DeFi, or crypto-native user flows

Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, React concepts)

Motion design or video editing experience

Previous participation in hackathons or rapid-build environments
