About the Opportunity

Inner Circle Agency is working with very well-known, established companies in the Solana/Web3 ecosystem to hire an experienced Product Designer (UI/UX). This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and brand, with a strong focus on building intuitive user experiences for complex, data-heavy platforms.

You will be designing products used by highly engaged, technically savvy users, where clarity, speed, and usability matter just as much as visual quality.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on design role for someone who is equally comfortable with user experience, interface design, and product thinking.

You will own design flows end-to-end, from early concepts and wireframes through to polished, production-ready interfaces.

The team moves quickly and values designers who can iterate fast, think in systems, and collaborate closely with engineers and product leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, responsive user interfaces for web-based products
• Translate product requirements and user research into clear UX flows and wireframes
• Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ship features efficiently
• Create visual assets for product, marketing, and social channels when needed
• Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and evolving product needs

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, including components, prototyping, and design systems
• Experience designing complex or data-rich interfaces
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments

Preferred

• Experience designing trading platforms, financial tools, or analytics products
• Familiarity with Web3, DeFi, or crypto-native user flows
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, React concepts)
• Motion design or video editing experience
• Previous participation in hackathons or rapid-build environments
