Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative
Inizio Engage has an established partnership supporting a growing portfolio of primary care products. We are looking for a goal-oriented Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative who excels in strategic problem solving and collaboration with a variety of stakeholders.
Ideal candidates will have a proven record of sales achievement or comparable experience, regardless of industry background. Prior pharmaceutical sales experience is not required. We value those who can create immediate impact—leveraging their results-driven mindset, ability to foster relationships, and adapt within a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for meeting both sales and activity targets within designated territories, engaging primary care customers at a high standard set by Inizio and our pharmaceutical partner. Key responsibilities:
- Drive demand through clinical sales presentations and educational initiatives with targeted physicians
- Build, sustain, and expand professional relationships with healthcare providers such as physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and medical assistants
- Present sales messages and product information to healthcare provider offices
- Consistently achieve or surpass company-designated activity goals
- Manage administrative tasks on a daily basis
- Follow all company and partner policies, including compliance, ethics, and required training
- Practice effective time management and organizational skills, including:
- Planning efficient routes
- Executing daily and weekly call activities
- Display determination in meeting and exceeding established sales objectives
- Maintain a reliable vehicle with proper insurance according to company standards
- Collaborate closely with team members in neighboring regions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Previous business-to-business sales experience preferred
- Comfortable with technology and virtual interactions
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed, with some areas requiring additional travel
- Ability to stay overnight when work travel necessitates
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
