The Product Analyst (PA) IT Lead for Engineering Solutions is responsible for

leading a SCRUM team as a Product Analyst, focused on enabling and

optimizing engineering authoring, integration, and data-exchange solutions across

ECAD, MCAD, and downstream consumers .

Drive work from engineering problem statements to detailed, test-ready

Requirements (as Required), Proactively Eliciting Needs From Engineering,

manufacturing, quality, and IT stakeholders

• Facilitate challenging technical and cross-functional discussions to gain alignment

on tradeoffs involving cost, usability, compliance, and architectural fit

• Translate engineer pain points and system opportunities into detailed user stories,

Features, Defects, And Enablers, Supported By

• Process flows
• Interface contracts
• Data mappings
• Mockups and functional design guidance
• Evaluate requests for technical feasibility and architectural alignment across CAx

tools (ECAD, MCAD, simulation, visualization) in partnership with Lead Engineers,

Product Owners/Managers, and Software Engineers.

• Perform fit/gap analysis between current engineering tools, integrations, and

workflows versus proposed requirements or future-state use cases

• Lead a globally distributed squad by:
• Setting priorities and scope
• Communicating roadmap and vision for Engineering Solutions
• Aligning delivery with engineering value and platform strategy
• Educate partners on CAx capabilities, integrations, and constraints to improve

clarity and adoption across engineering teams

• Drive resolution of production issues impacting engineering productivity,

including root-cause analysis, impact assessment, and mitigation planning

• Partner with Product and Platform Product Managers to:
• Maintain deep understanding of engineering processes and priorities
• Reconcile competing stakeholder demands within a single backlog
• Identify, manage, and resolve dependencies with other squads, platforms, and

external programs, working closely with Technical Product Owners (TPOs) and peer
