Title :Senior SAP Functional MM Analyst (USC with Active Security Clearance)

Location: Hybrid - Pennsylvania (PA) or Washington, DC

Summary -

We are seeking a Senior SAP Functional MM (Materials Management) Analyst to support SAP implementations, enhancements, and operations for federal government and defense clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP MM configuration and integration with other SAP modules such as FI, CO, SD, and WM/EWM.

This role requires a professional with strong functional expertise who can work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver scalable SAP procurement and inventory solutions in a secure government environment. The position follows a hybrid work model with onsite presence in Pennsylvania or Washington, DC as required. Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP MM functional design, configuration, and implementation activities.
• Gather and analyze procurement, inventory, and materials management business requirements.
• Configure and support SAP MM components including:
• Purchasing
• Inventory Management
• Vendor Master Data
• Material Master Data
• Invoice Verification
• Valuation and Account Determination
• Integrate SAP MM processes with SAP FI, CO, SD, and WM/EWM modules.
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation projects or system upgrades where applicable.
• Develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects and work with ABAP developers for implementation.
• Lead system testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide production support and troubleshooting for procurement and materials-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal government security and data governance requirements.
• Mentor junior analysts and support cross-functional project teams.
• * Required Qualifications
• U.S. Citizen with active Security Clearance (Secret or higher).
• Hands-on SAP functional experience, with strong expertise in SAP MM.
• Proven hands-on experience configuring SAP Materials Management modules.
• Strong understanding of procurement lifecycle and inventory processes.
• Experience integrating MM with FI, CO, SD, and logistics modules.
• Experience supporting federal government or defense clients.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in PA or Washington, DC.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA Materials Management experience.
• Experience with SAP Ariba, SAP SRM, or procurement integrations.
• SAP MM certification or S/4HANA certification.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.
• Knowledge of government procurement regulations and compliance frameworks.
