Job Description
We are looking for a 1 year experience Tender Executive with hands-on experience in GeM and CPP portals to manage end-to-end tendering processes. The candidate should be well-versed with government procurement procedures, documentation, and bid submission workflows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Identify relevant tenders from:
- GeM (Government e-Marketplace)
- CPP Portal (Central Public Procurement Portal)
- State government portals
- Analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications
- Prepare and submit technical & commercial bids within deadlines
Coordinate with internal teams for:
- Documentation
- Technical inputs
- Pricing approvals
- Manage complete bid lifecycle:
- Tender search → Evaluation → Submission → Follow-ups
Handle GeM-specific processes:
- Bid participation
- Reverse auction handling
Maintain repository of:
- Past tenders
- Documents (PAN, GST, ISO, etc.)
- Certificates and compliance records
- Track tender results and prepare MIS reports
- Liaise with government departments for clarifications (if required)
- Required Skills
Robust experience with:
- GeM Portal
- CPP Portal
Understanding of:
- Government tendering process
- EMD, BOQ, RFP/RFQ formats
- Good documentation and analytical skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PDF handling
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA / B.Tech preferred )
- Knowledge of compliance standards and bid documentation
