Job Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify selling premium product opportunities through emails, telephone calls, and live website chats
- Research and understand customer needs and tailor premium product recommendations to their specific situation
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Perform effective online demos for prospects
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business, customer referrals
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors
Requirements &
Skills :-
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing 100-120 calls per day.
- Results-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Programs MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
