We are a modern, high-performing dental practice in Toronto near Union Station, seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator who excels in communication, organization, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
This is not a traditional front desk role — we are looking for someone who can own the schedule, support production goals, and elevate the overall patient journey.
The Role
You will be a key driver of the practice’s success by:
- Managing and optimizing a productive, goal-oriented schedule
- Coordinating and presenting treatment plans with confidence and clarity
- Building strong patient relationships to support case acceptance and retention
- Handling insurance, billing, and financial discussions professionally
- Managing high call volume while maintaining a premium patient experience
- Ensuring smooth daily flow between clinical and administrative teams
