Infinity Dental Highpoint Flats is searching for a full time experienced, warm, kind, dedicated and fun Dental Patient Advocate to add to our small but busy one doctor, 2 hygienist practice. Candidate must have excellent customer service experience, friendly personality, be technology driven, be able to multi-task and switch gears throughout the day, possess forward thinking skills and have a strong willingness to learn and grow. Dental office experience is preferred.

We perform all aspects of general dentistry and also specialize in Sure Smile, single and full mouth dental implants, same day crowns and veneers.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience in the dental office.
- Provide a 5 Star check in and check out experience to patients
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain patient records with accuracy.
- Handle multi-line phone systems to address inquiries and provide customer support.
- Perform data entry and filing tasks to keep the office organized.
- Utilize computer skills to manage office software, including Dentrix Ascend, Weave and Microsoft 365.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in practice management software
- Previous experience in a dental office or similar healthcare environment
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage appointment scheduling
- Experience with clerical tasks, data entry, and filing
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged for enhanced communication with diverse patients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
