Infinity Dental Highpoint Flats is searching for a full time experienced, warm, kind, dedicated and fun Dental Patient Advocate to add to our small but busy one doctor, 2 hygienist practice. Candidate must have excellent customer service experience, friendly personality, be technology driven, be able to multi-task and switch gears throughout the day, possess forward thinking skills and have a strong willingness to learn and grow. Dental office experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience in the dental office.
• Provide a 5 Star check in and check out experience to patients
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain patient records with accuracy.
• Handle multi-line phone systems to address inquiries and provide customer support.
• Perform data entry and filing tasks to keep the office organized.
• Utilize computer skills to manage office software, including Dentrix Ascend, Weave and Microsoft 365.
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and proficiency in practice management software
• Previous experience in a dental office or similar healthcare environment
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage appointment scheduling
• Experience with clerical tasks, data entry, and filing
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged for enhanced communication with diverse patients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
