Job Description
Set up and maintain workstation requirements of team members.
- Maintains VOIP phones.
- Handle first level IT support.
- Installation of required network cables.
- Carry out the IT Preventive Maintenance Plan.
- Carry out Backup operations.
- Update and maintain the IT Inventory List.
- Update and maintain the IT Access Control List.
- Update and maintain necessary IT documents.
- Operates Microsoft Windows Server Applications, configures and updates necessary
- Active directory, DNS and DHCP records.
- Operates Door Access security systems. Generates relevant reports if
- the need arises.
- Assist the IT Specialist and Team leader in any IT requirements and deliverables.
- Adhere to Infinit-O’s information security policies and carry out its processes and
- procedures accordingly.
- Protect Infinit-O’s assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification,
- destruction or interference (see also Table of Offenses).
- Carry out tasks as assigned and are aligned with particular process or activity related
- to information security.
- Report any potential or committed non-conformity, observation and/or security event
- or risks to immediate superior.
Requirements
- College graduate of any IT-related course. Preferably Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Preferably with 2-3 yrs. experience specializing in IT/Computer as Network Administrator and Desktop support or equivalent.
- Basic English, written and oral communication, skills.
- Must be proactive, motivated, detail-oriented, a team player and knows how to work with SLA’s and metrics.
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and self-management.
- Must have relevant knowledge with above mentioned IT technologies.
- Cisco skills and certification is a plus
- VoIP skills and experience is a plus
