Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Google Ads Specialist who can lead, manage, and scale paid campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in performance marketing, advanced optimization techniques, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
- Develop advanced bidding strategies and scaling techniques to maximize ROI
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
- Implement and manage conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and GA4
- Optimize campaigns for CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Lead A/B testing strategies for ads, landing pages, and funnels
- Manage and allocate large budgets efficiently across campaigns
- Create detailed performance reports, dashboards, and insights
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend new campaign strategies
