MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the day-to-day smooth operation of a busy 3-person industrial parts distribution warehouse including coordination of company delivery drivers by route planning, organizing priorities.
- Perform inventory control and order picking & packing for pickup or shipping.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with all customers.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service to manage delivery promises and expectations.
- Complete all shipping paperwork and documentation accurately and effectively.
- Manage paper flow daily to ensure timely goods receipts and customer billing.
- Assist in creating and maintaining an environment that promotes positive communication within the facility as well as fostering teamwork.
- Take the lead in training of new employees as required.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
- Other duties as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous team supervisor/ team leadership experience required
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Computer literacy - ERP (Modular) & Microsoft 365
- Excellent knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
- Order picking, material handling, customer service skills
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills
- Fluency in English both spoken and written, French is an asset
- High School Diploma (minimum)
- Standing or sitting for prolonged periods of time
- Full Class 'G' Ontario driver's license (clean abstract required)
- Forklift Certification from a recognized training provider
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs. intermittently

License:
- Workplace Hazardous Material Information System (WHMIS) (Preferred)
- Fork Lift (counterbalance) (Required)
- Valid Ontario full "G" driver's (Clean Abstract Required)
