What you'll accomplish with us
As a Salesforce Expert Advisor, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Act as a field reference for the use of Salesforce, including lead and opportunity management, reports, and dashboards.
- Work closely with Agency Directors and Sales Directors to increase advisor efficiency, drive sales, and maximize adoption of Salesforce features.
- Respond to complex questions from Assistant Directors and Sales Directors, share best practices, and promote the benefits of Salesforce for growth and service quality.
- Serve as a strategic link between agencies and the CRM team by identifying and communicating business needs, pain points, and opportunities for process and usage improvements.
- Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Product Manager to align business needs with system capabilities, technological constraints, and regulatory requirements.
- Measure Salesforce adoption and performance (usage rates, data quality) and produce reports and recommendations for management.
- Participate in the testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of new Salesforce features.

We're looking for someone who:
- Is known for their strong functional expertise in Salesforce, particularly in reports, dashboards, and analytical tools, as well as for an analytical mindset and results-oriented approach.
- Stands out for their influence-based leadership and credibility with teams, combined with excellent interpersonal skills that enable the ability to build relationships, mobilize, and positively influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to thrive in a complex and evolving environment, showing proactivity, agility, and openness to change.
- Is recognized as a mobilizer and change agent, capable of supporting teams in adopting new practices and high-value solutions.
- Has a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Salesforce-related role (advanced usage, optimization, support), along with a diploma in administration, information technology, or a related field.
- Has an excellent command of French, both spoken and written, as well as an intermediate level of proficiency in English, as the role requires daily verbal and written communication with English-speaking firms based in Ontario and British Columbia.
Mobility: Frequent travel to agency offices, primarily across Quebec, with some travel outside Quebec throughout Canada.
