Hardware Network Engineer (field + service)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer responsible for managing installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network-connected copier systems across client locations. The role involves ensuring seamless connectivity, enabling remote monitoring, and supporting usage-based billing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure network printers/copiers at client sites
• Assign and manage IP addressing (static/DHCP)
• Troubleshoot network and device connectivity issues
• Configure and support remote monitoring (SNMP-based tools)
• Diagnose and resolve printer/scanner/email-related issues
• Work with routers, switches, and basic firewall configurations
• Coordinate with client IT teams for network integration
• Provide both on-site and remote technical

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
