Responsibilities

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative disciplines (Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics) from top-tier institutions. Masters degree is preferred.
• Highly motivated candidates from other disciplines with strong quantitative aptitude are also encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

• An open mind to learning new concepts, creativity, and commitment to learning.
• Good English writing skills
• Statistical programming skills/ coding skills in Stata, R, SPSS, SAS, Python, MySQL, C++, Qualtrics (any/ many)
• High standards of work quality, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
• Strong commitment to deadlines and task completion.

Desirable Skills:

• MBA from a top institute is a plus
• Good understanding of Economics/ Psychology/ Statistics is a plus.

Location: Udaipur (on-campus). Work-from-home is not an option.

There may be an opportunity to work out of partner organization’s facility.

Tenure

The position is contractual for 12 months and can be renewed for a further period of 12 months, enabling the candidate to build up their profile for PhD applications. Candidates are expected to move on into a PhD at the end of two years.
