Overview

Job Overview We’re hiring an Entry-Level Business Operations Analyst to support day-to-day operational performance tracking, KPI reporting, and process improvements. You’ll work across departments to help streamline workflows and identify data-backed solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize operational performance data.
• Build dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs.
• Analyze workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Support project teams with data insights and documentation.
• Maintain operational databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in preparing presentations and performance summaries.

Requirements

• Strong Excel/Sheets skills; BI tools are a plus.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and fast learner.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, or similar.
