Job Title: CADWorx / Plant 3D Designer
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Experience: 3–5 Years
Job Summary
We are looking for a proficient CADWorx / Plant 3D Designer with 3–5 years of experience in piping design and 3D modeling. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise along with the ability to manage client interactions, coordinate with teams, and handle project deliverables efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed 3D models using CADWorx and/or Plant 3D software.
Prepare piping layouts, isometrics, and equipment layout drawings.
Generate BOM, BOQ, and MTO as per project requirements.
Conduct and participate in model reviews with clients and internal teams.
Coordinate with inter-disciplinary teams for design integration and clash resolution.
Manage vendor interactions, review vendor drawings, and ensure proper incorporation into design.
Handle client communication for technical discussions, updates, and approvals.
Support and perform software administration activities (project setup, customization, standards management).
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design outputs in line with project standards.
Key Requirements:
3–5 years of hands-on experience in CADWorx and/or Plant 3D.
Strong knowledge of piping layouts, isometrics, and 3D modeling.
Experience in preparing BOM, BOQ, and MTO.
Good exposure to equipment layout and general arrangement drawings.
Proven experience in client communication and team handling.
Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple disciplines.
Experience in vendor drawing review and coordination.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of software administration.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
