<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">The Opportunity</span></strong> </p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">InCharge Energy is seeking a strategic and driven </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Business Development Manager, Energy Solutions&nbsp;– Lighting &amp; Electrical</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> to lead our efforts in developing and managing large-scale partnerships across&nbsp;lighting and electrical services, EPC, and support. Reporting directly to the&nbsp;Head of Branch Operations,&nbsp;this role is critical to advancing our mission to accelerate clean transportation by delivering comprehensive infrastructure solutions to network across North America&nbsp;by developing strategic&nbsp;partnerships and customer relationships&nbsp;that span multiple verticals, including technology,&nbsp;logistics, commercial real estate, across national portfolios focusing on service, support, software, installation, and maintenance</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Enhance our strategic customer solutions by developing key partnerships with distributors, suppliers, ESCOs, and property management companies to grow our lighting and electrical business line</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Support the profitable and sustainable growth of all Branch Locations within your designated territory</span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;335559739&quot;:0}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in Service, Product, and Engineering to ensure seamless delivery and proactive issue resolution</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Develop and maintain strategic account plans, proposals, and executive-level presentations</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Identify and pursue opportunities to expand account scope, including resale of OEM equipment, warranty management, and aftermarket service packages</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Represent InCharge Energy in key external engagements, including industry conferences, working groups, and partnership meetings</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Serve as the point of contact for major accounts across North America, focusing on long-term growth and strategic alignment</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Own the full customer lifecycle from opportunity development to post-deployment support, including pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and SLA oversight</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Contribute to the development of long-range revenue forecasts and account-level performance reporting</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Your Experience and Capabilities</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;335559739&quot;:0}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, key account management, or business development in a technical, infrastructure, or clean energy space</span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;335559739&quot;:0}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Demonstrated success building and scaling strategic programs with large enterprise accounts (&gt;$10M annually)</span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;335559739&quot;:0}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong finance and analytical background that can help drive sales with customers pursuing energy efficient solutions</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">High degree of entrepreneurial spirit where you can demonstrate experience building or developing a new product, service, or business line</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong background&nbsp;in the&nbsp;lighting and electrical business, fleet electrification, energy-as-a-service (EaaS), or large-scale infrastructure deployment</span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;335559739&quot;:0}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments, including internal cross-functional teams and external client decision-makers</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">High comfort level with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), contract management, and sales forecasting</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to executive and technical audiences</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Superb presentation and negotiation skills</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or related advanced degree preferred</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to support enterprise relationships and account execution</span></li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$110,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$120,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div
