Job Description
A Telecaller is responsible for contacting potential or existing customers via phone to inform them about products or services, generate leads, answer queries, and support sales activities. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Calling Make outbound calls to potential customers Answer incoming calls from customers Provide information about products or services 2. Lead Generation Identify customer needs and generate sales leads Follow up with customers for product interest Maintain a database of prospective clients 3. Sales Support Explain product features and benefits Convince customers to purchase products or services Schedule appointments for the sales team if required 4. Customer Relationship Maintain good relationships with customers Handle customer queries and complaints politely 5.
