We are seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The role involves installing and configuring systems, troubleshooting user problems, and ensuring smooth operation of IT equipment across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, and network devices
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve user support tickets
• Assist users with system usage and technical guidance
• Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and system updates
• Work with IT teams to address network or server-related issues

Requirements

• Associate degree in IT or related field preferred
• Experience in IT support or desktop support roles
• Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and basic networking
• Familiarity with Windows and Mac OS environments
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills

Additional Skills: Basic cabling knowledge and ability to manage multiple support requests efficiently.
