At Proschool, you won’t just “ coordinate ”—you’ll play a key role in shaping student journeys for globally recognized programs like CPA, CMA, and ACCA.

Think of it as part operations, part problem-solving, and a big part making things happen.

🚀 What will you be doing?

Be the student’s anchor 🎓

Guide them through registrations, documentation, and everything in between (yes, you’ll be their “I’m stuck, help!” person)

Own the backend magic ⚙️

From applications to approvals, you’ll make sure everything is accurate, on time, and stress-free

Work across borders 🌍

Liaise with global certification bodies and ensure smooth information flow

Keep the engine running 🧠

Coordinate with faculty, manage schedules, and ensure classes run like clockwork

Solve, simplify, streamline 💡

Answer queries, fix bottlenecks, and continuously improve how things work

🧩 What are we looking for?

3+ years in academic coordination / student management

Someone who can juggle students, faculty, and processes without dropping the ball

Strong communication & stakeholder management skills

High ownership mindset (you don’t wait to be told—you just get it done)

Comfort with documentation-heavy and detail-oriented work

Prior exposure to ACCA / CPA / CMA-US is a big plus

And most importantly— someone who genuinely enjoys working with students
