Job Description
IMRIVA Digital Solutions Private Limited is building a strong software engineering team in Hyderabad for German and European software, AI, cloud, and enterprise application projects.
We work on real business applications, production systems, internal platforms, automation solutions, and selected AI/LLM-related components for clients and partners in Europe.
We are now looking for a strong hands-on Senior Full-Stack Engineer who can take technical ownership, build high-quality software, and help junior developers improve through practical coding guidance, code reviews, and clear engineering standards.
This is a key role for our growing Hyderabad engineering team.
About the Role
This is not a people-management role.
We are not looking for someone who only coordinates, manages, or mentors from a distance. We are looking for a strong engineer who still enjoys coding and can personally build important parts of the system.
You will work closely with our management and engineering stakeholders in India and Germany. Your main responsibility is to deliver high-quality software and help raise the technical level of a junior-heavy development team.
Expected split:
70–80% hands-on coding
10–20% code review and technical guidance
10% technical planning, architecture, and coordination
You should be the kind of engineer who can take a complex feature, understand the business need, design a clean technical solution, implement it yourself, and guide others by example.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining production-grade full-stack applications
- Developing backend services and APIs using C# and ASP.NET Core
- Building modern frontend features using React and TypeScript
- Taking ownership of complex features, modules, and technical workstreams
- Designing clean, maintainable, and scalable software components
- Reviewing code from junior and mid-level developers
- Helping junior developers improve through practical feedback and examples
- Improving code quality, structure, and engineering standards
- Supporting debugging, refactoring, and production-readiness
- Making practical architecture and implementation decisions
- Working closely with teams and stakeholders in India and Germany
- Contributing to real client projects, internal platforms, and enterprise software systems
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with strong hands-on engineering ability and a practical ownership mindset.
You should have:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with C# and ASP.NET Core
- Strong practical experience with React and TypeScript
- Good understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture
- Solid experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar databases
- Experience with Git, pull requests, and code reviews
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, production-ready code
- Experience mentoring, guiding, or supporting junior developers
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Good English communication skills
- Readiness to work full-time on-site in Hyderabad
- A reliable, ownership-driven working style
You do not need to be a formal team lead already.
But you should be someone who naturally takes technical responsibility, helps others improve, and delivers strong code yourself.

It is a plus if you have experience with:
- Azure cloud services

- Authentication and authorization
