Hospitality background required. 1.Greeting and welcoming guests and directing them to the right location. 2.Addressing complaints from employees. 3. Answering and forwarding phone calls. 4. Monitoring and ordering office supplies and printing of visiting cards etc. 5.Taking care of General Administration tasks. 6. Responsible for Housekeeping Supervision. 7. Assistance in Repair and Maintenance. 8. Assistance to management/directors. 9. Keeping the front desk tidy and presentable. 10. Arranging pick and drops etc. 11.
