Job Description

As a Human Resources and Industrial Relations Manager at the Ahmedabad plant of CIRCOR, your role will involve leading and managing all HR and Industrial Relations activities. You will be a strategic HR leader responsible for balancing HR functions, employee relations, talent management, and Industrial Relations responsibilities. Your collaboration with the Director plant, plant leadership, and HR Director will be crucial in driving HR initiatives, Talent Development, Succession Readiness, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and execute HR strategies to support the plant's operational goals and business objectives
  • Partner with Director Plant, plant leadership, and HR Director to drive organizational change and support strategic initiatives
  • Ensure effective recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent
  • Implement employee development programs, succession planning, and performance appraisal processes
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR audits, and company policies
  • Manage health and safety programs, contract HR administration, and employee welfare facilities
  • Develop and implement industrial relations strategies aligned with the plant's objectives
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and monitor changes to remain compliant
  • Lead and support change management initiatives related to organizational restructuring and process improvements
  • *Qualifications Required:**
  • Post Graduate degree in Human Resources or Labour Law
  • X years of experience in handling Plant HR responsibilities
  • Robust knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and industrial relations
  • Proven experience in handling complex HR and IR issues
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati
  • Proficiency in MS Office
