We are hiring for Senior Credit Collection Analyst

Work Location-Hyderabad/Ahmedabad/Pune/Delhi

Job Description

• About 4-8 years experience in credit card collections or operations analytics.
• Basic knowledge of credit card collections lifecycle and performance metrics
• Advanced SQL skills for large and complex datasets
• Strong business acumen, such as in solving business to data interpretations, or making sense of data anomalies.
• Excellent communication, and data visualization skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement credit card collection strategies based on data insights
• Lead multiple analytics projects with minimal supervision
• Analyze large datasets using SQL to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Design and optimize Champion-Challenger tests to enhance collections
• Collaborate with stakeholders to present insights and influence decision-making
• Mentor junior analysts in analytics and data knowledge
• Document key projects and maintain them in on shared space
