Role Overview The Marketing Strategy & Growth Lead will build and execute a structured digital marketing approach to position Impact Beacon’s solutions within the US nonprofit ecosystem and generate high-
quality, qualified leads.
This is not a traditional marketing role focused on content or channel management alone. It requires translating complex, systems-driven advisory offerings into clear, compelling value propositions and designing campaigns that attract organizations with real intent and alignment.
You will define how Impact Beacon’s solutions are understood in the market and how digital channels, particularly LinkedIn are used to drive consistent inbound interest.
This role suits professionals who combine strategic thinking with execution capability and understand how nonprofits evaluate external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Market Understanding & Positioning
● Develop a strong understanding of the US nonprofit landscape, including decision-makers,
funding dynamics, and operational challenges
● Translate offerings into clear, differentiated value propositions
● Define positioning that reflects real organizational needs, not generic service descriptions
Campaign Strategy & Lead Generation
● Design and execute digital campaigns focused on generating qualified inbound leads
● Build structured funnels across awareness, consideration, and conversion
● Own LinkedIn as a primary acquisition channel, including targeting, setup, and optimization
● Continuously test messaging, audiences, and formats to improve lead quality
Content & Messaging Development
● Define campaign messaging, ad copy, and content direction
● Guide development of video-based marketing assets, including structure and narrative clarity using AI tools where relevant
● Ensure content reflects depth, credibility, and understanding of nonprofit realities
Campaign Execution & Performance Tracking
● Set up and manage campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn Ads
● Track performance across CTR, CPL, lead quality, and conversion
● Analyze results to identify improvements and build simple reporting systems
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
● Design landing pages, lead capture flows, and follow-up journeys
● Ensure alignment between ad messaging and post-click experience
● Improve conversion through ongoing testing and refinement
Sector Insight & Continuous Improvement
● Stay updated on nonprofit trends and digital engagement patterns in the US
● Use insights to refine messaging, targeting, and campaign direction
● Contribute to building repeatable marketing systems
What We Are Looking For
● Strong experience in digital marketing with ownership of lead generation outcomes
● Proven ability to run LinkedIn ad campaigns end-to-end
● Experience working with or understanding the US nonprofit sector
● Ability to translate complex services into clear, compelling messaging
● Strong judgment in content creation, especially marketing narratives and video direction
● Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and improve performance
● Comfort working independently and building systems from scratch
