Assembly Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for assembling, testing, and preparing complex power electronics equipment.

Key Responsibilities;

• Perform soldering, wiring, and component installation using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
• Maintain accurate assembly documentation and records including work orders, test reports, and serial number tracking
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues in collaboration with engineering and quality teams
• Manage inventory of components and materials and communicate supply needs to procurement
• Support packaging and preparation of units for shipment to ensure safe delivery.

Required Skillsets

• Technical Assembly: Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement instruments (calipers, multimeters, etc.)
• Electrical Knowledge: Familiarity with soldering techniques, electrical assembly, and ability to work safely with high-voltage equipment
• Technical Reading: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Quality Focus: Strong attention to detail with a quality-oriented mindset
• Safety Compliance: Knowledge of electrical safety protocols, ESD (electrostatic discharge) procedures, and workplace safety standards
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Ability to conduct functional testing and diagnose assembly issues
• Documentation: Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and work order documentation
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve assembly challenges independently or collaboratively
• Mathematical Skills: Basic competency in measurements, calculations, and technical specifications
• Teamwork & Communication: Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Physical Capability: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform precise manual work

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
