Positional Overview
Imagine Staffing is seeking an experienced Auto Liability Adjuster to manage a caseload of auto-related claims, including property damage and bodily injury. This role will be responsible for handling both first-party and third-party auto losses, conducting thorough accident investigations, and evaluating liability exposure.
In addition to auto claims, this position will also support general liability claims involving property damage and bodily injury. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in negotiating and resolving complex claims.

Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success
- Investigate auto accidents and liability claims by gathering statements, police reports, medical records, and other relevant documentation
- Handle first-party auto property damage claims and third-party property damage and bodily injury claims
- Determine liability and assess damages based on policy coverage and applicable laws
- Evaluate and manage bodily injury exposures, including reviewing medical documentation and settlement value
- Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and third parties
- Manage general liability claims involving property damage and bodily injury as assigned
- Maintain detailed, accurate claim files and documentation in claims management systems
- Collaborate with legal counsel on litigated or complex claims
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company guidelines
- Deliver strong customer service and maintain professional communication with all stakeholders
Skills & Experience
Qualifications That Will Help You Thrive
- 4–6 years of experience handling auto liability claims, including property damage and bodily injury
- Experience with both first-party and third-party claims handling required
- Exposure to general liability claims (property damage and bodily injury) preferred
- Strong understanding of liability determination, negligence, and insurance coverage analysis
- Proven ability to investigate, evaluate, and negotiate claims effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency with claims management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Adjuster license and/or professional designations (e.g., AIC) a plus
