We’re Hiring: Technology Services Support Engineer (Remote)

For a USA client, we are looking for a Technology Services Support Engineer to help manage and support IT infrastructure, data processes, and cloud services. If you enjoy solving technical problems, improving processes, and working with modern technologies like Microsoft Azure, we’d love to hear from you!

What You‘ll Do

• Data monitoring and file transfers
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support users
• Maintain and optimize IT service desk workflows
• Manage Operational Data Store (ODS) performance and integrity
• Design, develop, and document Azure Data Factory (ADF) jobs to replace data processing currently handled in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve technology services

What We’re Looking For

✔ 3+ years of experience in IT Support / IT Operations

✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

✔ Experience with data integrations or production data feeds

✔ Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (preferred)

✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Work Schedule (EST Time Zone)

Remote role with occasional team meetups

• Sat/Sun: 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM (EST) monitoring
• 4 weekdays: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)
