We are hiring a Front Office Associate / Front Desk Executive for our hotel property. This is a full-time hospitality role ideal for candidates with experience in hotel front office operations, guest relations, and reservations.

Accommodation and meals are provided. Only candidates open to relocation should apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest check-in and check-out at the front desk
  • Handle hotel reservations (OTA bookings, phone calls, walk-ins)
  • Ensure smooth front office operations and guest relations
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
  • Maintain billing, payments, and front desk records
  • Provide excellent customer service and guest handling

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in hotel front office / front desk
  • Experience with hotel software (IDS / Opera / PMS) preferred
  • Good communication skills (English required)
  • Strong customer service and guest handling skills
  • Willing to work in shifts
  • Must be open to relocation (accommodation provided)

Preferred

  • Candidates from Karnataka / Bangalore (for Sakleshpur location)
  • Experience in hospitality industry / hotel jobs

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
